Wicked "Conservatives" — Wicked "Ministers."

"The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?" Jeremiah 17:9

Jesus Christ (the gospel) reveals the wickedness of your heart (that you feel is "good"—or is basically "good"), and the wickedness of the group you are hanging around with (that affirms to you that your heart is "good" and that therefore their heart is "good"—or is basically "good").  If you have not heard of (start with and accepted) the wickedness of your heart and the wrath of God upon you (His condemnation of you, preparing to cast you into eternal hell) because of your sins, you have not heard (nor accepted) the gospel message, i.e., of God's mercy and grace, i.e., of His love for you, sending His only begotten Son, who, in obedience to His Heavenly Father, willingly shed His blood on the cross, enduring the rejection of men, in order to 'redeem' you from His Father's wrath upon you for your sins, i.e., for your disobedience against Him, imputing His righteousness unto you by your faith in Him ("that no man might boast"), resurrecting His only begotten Son from the grave, thus 'reconciling' you to Himself that you might spend eternity with Him, partaking in His holiness.

"I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance." Mark 2:17

Conservatives (including ministers) are like liberals these days, in order to work together to solve the worlds problems they refuse to reprove, correct, and rebuke one another for their wicked ways, when the worlds problem is their wicked heart in the first place, i.e., their hanging around with "the group" 'justifying' their wicked heart in the first place—refusing to repent for their wicked ways.  When you refuse to reprove, correct, and rebuke unrighteousness, in order to gain the approval of men, unrighteousness and abomination become the "norm."

"And he said unto them, Ye are they which justify yourselves before men; but God knoweth your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God." Luke 16:15

"Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;" Acts 3:19

"As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me." Revelation 3:19, 20

Jesus did not affirm the woman at the well in order to build relationship with her (that He needed her). He revealed the wickedness of her heart and the wickedness of the group that she was hanging around with, that she might repent of her sins and have relationship with Him and His Heavenly Father (that she needed Him). John 5:4-42  Fellowshipping with believers is a "byproduct" of the believers faith in the Lord, i.e., is of the Lord, otherwise fellowshipping becomes an end in itself, i.e., is of the world only.

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God." John 3:16-21

"Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."  John 14:6

"For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother."  Matthew 12:50

"And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven."  Matthew 23:9

"Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven."  Matthew 7:21

"And truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ." 1 John 3:1
